Privacy Policy
Foundation Repair Bryan TX runs its website for owners and landlords in Bryan, TX and the rest of Brazos County, and in College Station, TX, Brenham, TX in Washington County, Caldwell, TX in Burleson County, Hearne, TX in Robertson County and Madisonville, TX in Madison County. This page sets out what our two forms take in, where that information goes, how long it stays and what you can ask of us.
What the forms ask for. On the request form you give a name, either a phone number or an email address for replies, the street or town of the house, and a short note on what caught your eye. The contact form asks for a name, an address for our reply and your question. We never ask for anything sensitive, so please leave out passwords, Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, health details and the like.
Who receives a request. Each house request travels to exactly one recipient: an independent local foundation contractor. We do not hand it to advertisers, list buyers or any other company. The contractor may use it only to get in touch with you about that house; once it does, its own privacy practices govern what it holds, so ask it directly. A message sent through the contact form stays with us.
Where requests are kept. Requests sit with our hosting provider for one reason: so they can be handed on to that contractor. The provider deletes every request automatically 90 days after it arrives. Because the site lists no phone number of any kind, the forms are the only way your details reach us.
No sale of your details. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we give no one your details for marketing.
Server logs. Like nearly every host, ours may keep brief technical logs of visits for a short time. They help keep pages running and help us spot misuse.
Your choices. While we still hold a request, you can ask to see it, fix a mistake in it or have it deleted early. Send that through the contact form with "Privacy" as the first word. Requests should come from adults; if we learn that someone under 18 sent one, we delete it.
If this page changes. We will post the new wording here, and the version on this page is the one that applies. Texas law governs this policy.
